Events and Draft Modes - Not Tracking Wins Correctly - No Rewards Given

Anyone else running into this issue where WINS are not tracking correctly in EVENTS, specifically the Solo Gone Pro events (was also affecting Homegrown, Record Breakers, & Eggstra) and DRAFT mode What If? event?  It will ONLY count the first win, no matter how many games you win.

This first started with the Record Breakers events around 6 weeks ago. I opened a ticket with EA Help and on this forum. The case was closed on April 7th. No resolution. 

I opened another case today with EA Help. They acknowledge this is a known issue and they are working to resolve. I hope this is the case, but I am skeptical about the timeliness of this issue being resolved, especially since I would like to earn the rewards and tokens that you are ONLY able to earn through these specific events/modes.

EA Help always ask to check the forums - I ask that if anyone else on this forum is experiencing this issue to please COMMENT on this thread to help bring more attention to the EA Moderators and Dev teams.

    I've had the same issue for weeks. I put in multiple tickets and got the same response as you... Very frustrating .

    EA_Barry​ THANK YOU for the response!

    If you have the ear of anyone in communication at EA, please advise them that having more communication/acknowledgement of bugs, issues, etc. would do wonders for the end users overall feeling towards the products. One of the most frustrating things is not knowing if anyone even knows about the issues. It gives the impression that no one cares.

    Any reason as to why solo seasons are not tracking for me? Been attempting this everyday and still no fix for this.

    H2H wins in the gone pro event also do not track for me. Please help
