Didn’t receive win in CFB Kickoff event

I won game 5 of the event and afterwards the game didn’t count. The person didn’t leave the game we played till clock hit 0. I thought maybe it was just a glitch so i play and win another game and it gave me the win for game 6 but not for game 5. Its acting like a i didn’t play game 5 but i even got clips to prove so and i was streaming.
