Glitched Training Pack?

I've grinned training to try and bolster my team with the new 97+ bound gamechanger training packs. I've spent hours earning up enough to open 5 of them and got the same 97 ovr joe royer EVERY SINGLE TIME. I understand the risk. I get that there are odds. But the same card 5 times in a pool of at least 10? That just seems like a fluke. I know there have been glitched packs in the past. Am I missing something? Any chance of at least getting my training back? I've never had an issue like this.
