Late ranked rewards
Hello EA Support Team,
I’m reaching out regarding missing Ranked Rewards in College Football Ultimate Team 26.
I finished the most recent Ranked season inside the Top 100 and successfully claimed my end-of-season rewards, but the Top 100 Ranked Rewards have not been delivered to my account. I’ve checked my item binder, unopened packs, and messages multiple times, and I’ve also restarted the game and my console.
I’m aware this appears to be a known issue affecting multiple players, as several recent reports on EA Forums and social media indicate Top 100 Ranked rewards are not being granted correctly after the season reset.

I have screenshots available showing my final rank and the reward claim screen if needed.
Could you please verify my final placement and manually grant the correct Top 100 Ranked Rewards, or advise if a make-right is pending?
