Premium rewards

I have the premium field pass but it doesn't give me the rewards. I cant open any of the premium reward packs. Doesn't even show to open. Unsure if its not giving me the coins or trophies either but it doesn't seem like it is. 

This needs fixed. Is there anything that can fix this?
