Max Upgrade Token not working

I bought the max upgrade token and applied to Charles Woodson after competing all the challenges. Woodson is still showing a 88 overall. He never upgraded any level to the next but I assumed the max upgrade token would fix it. Nope. EA is a sleep at the wheel! So many glitches and they ignore posts entirely.

I figured it out! They don’t show an upgrade until they’re added to the lineup. I had them on the bench and showing 88 still. I was confused. But once I added Woodson to the lineup, he jumped to a 95.

cause you have yo upgrade him the token doesn't upgrade him it lets you have to pick archetypes in the same menu

I upgraded him every level. Same as Tebow. I know how to upgrade players lol. Every token slot is applied and others are reporting the same issue. So it’s not me.

FYI, I just figured it out. Have to add them to the starting lineup. Once I did, Woodson jumped to a 95. Make sure in their upgrade screen, you select their chemistries below.
