I didn’t grind for all 3 crossover players, but I did spent a lot of time getting Eric Dickerson. He could help me a lot right now. I would appreciate the help.

How about you actually read what the other EA agent told us. They most certainly can help with missing content by reporting it to the EA devs which is facilitated by us posting here. You guys don’t even communicate with each other ON THE SAME THREAD and give conflicting information. Just unbelievable incompetence
This does no good- they just say to do the same damned thing as this post and close out your ticket. It’s crazy
