Missing Polar Vortex Players from a Pack on Madden 26

At the end of December, shortly after Christmas, I bought the Zero Chill X Polar Vortex pack on Madden 26 Ultimate Team. I received my 2 packs on Madden but I still haven’t received  the 2 packs on CFB 26 that I purchased. I have gotten the run around from EA and want the packs that I paid for.
