Missing pre-order bonus content in College Ultimate Team

I haven't received only one crossover player when I upload onto college 26 gamer tage is Black_Bama91 I got everything else except for Dickerson, Hester and the defensive lineman please help

Still no Dickerson, Hester or Ngata for me. Tried all the suggested solutions. Gamertag HoodedSeven

Still nothing. Zero communication either.

I completed the tutorial when I first got on the game. Have backed out. Logged on to cfb25. I received ngata. Didn’t get my Dickerson nor Hester. I took both out of cfb25 lineup to see if it helped. I also didn’t receive all of my preorder stuff. Now EA support is marking the case as no fix. And they are saying the same when you contact them. 

I purchased the deluxe edition of the game but have not received anything that was included with the deluxe except for early access. I have tried talking to support several times but they were completely useless saying to reinstall the game and they will show up. I have reinstalled the game MULTIPLE times to no avail. I also still havnt recieved my Eric Dickerson that i grinded for in CFB 25. I am starting to get really pissed off as i paid a premium on the game to recieve more content but on day 3 still nothing. If i would have known this is how it was going to be i would have never even bought the game, but should have expected nothing less from EA. If anyone has a solution or the same issue I would love to hear it.
