New year new crew solo challenges not tracking

I was playing through the new year new crew week 1 solos and when I got to the pinpoint accuracy challenge, I met all the requirements and was playing on max difficulty but still only got 4 of the 5 stars needed for the challenge so is this just a bug with my game or am I doing something wrong or does ea just not want me to do this??
