I haven’t received my pre-order rewards. I haven’t received my crossover token players and it’s still not letting me launch my actual college 26. It keeps letting me start the pre-trial college 26. I have received my pack points for my pre-order either. The 4600 points.
Same thing has happened to me, I was given no rewards for paying for the deluxe edition in ultimate team.
Same here. No dynasty coach points at the start of any dynasty. Literally the only reason I pre-ordered and as always EA releases a broken game. It is release date and it still is forcing me to play the trial. No pre order bonus and no way to fix it.
I haven't received mines either how do I fix this?
Same here. No dynasty coaches points. I created new coaches, I logged off and back and nothing.
