Re: Missing pre-order bonus content in College Ultimate Team

Pre-ordered the deluxe version of the game and did not receive the green points for ultimate team or any of the other items.

Contacted ea help twice now and they give me a generic email back about stuff from last year's game then ghost me.

Has anybody been able to contact anyone for help or fix it on their own?
