Re: Missing pre-order bonus content in College Ultimate Team

EA support suggested I post in here for help remedying my issue as they say they are unable to fix it on their end. 

I rescued out to EA Support earlier this week regarding missing packs. The Representative told me he can see I have 11 unopened packs that were not showing for me. He provided a list of them and every time I have reached out no one at EA has been able to assist me in receiving the packs to open. I tried all suggestions from the rep and nothing worked.  Hoping that posting here helps me out but no hopeful 🤷‍♂️
