How can you get max stars for this one vs Indiana?

I've tried everything but can't get it.

Requirements

-Don't allow any points in 2 drives

Bonus

-Gain 21+ yards this play

-Lead by 14+ points by the end of the game

I got the 21+ yards this play then tried scoring a TD with an extra point then stopped the CPU. Once they punt to me the challenge was over? Only gave me 4 stars. Redid the challenge and tried scoring a TD with a 2 point conversion then onside kicked to hopefully steal a possession. I recovered the onside and scored again to achieve the 14 points but still no max stars.

What is the trick to achieve max stars? Or is their a glitch with this challenge?

I feel like anything that "Lead by 14+ points by the end of game" should be the requirement and not the bonus.

I completed the sequence you described in your post plus a successful 2pt conversion which put total points scored at 14 but challenge still ends with 4 stars. I believe the criteria that glitches this challenge is "Lead by 14+ points by the END OF GAME." I think the challenge also wants to register that the game has ended with 0:00 time left with all criteria met to achieve 5 stars.

To follow up,
I completed the Tebow challenges as well and it's showing I'm one star short. The one missing is from the Woodson challenges. Currently stuck at 99/100.
Apparently, you get credit in the field pass objective screen for completing the Woodson challenges but that's it. You won't get the rewards from the challenges until it's fixed.
Until EA fixes it, we'll be one star short.

Yep, I just got through failing to collect star 5 for both a fumble recovery in the endzone and a punt return for a TD after the previous TD and 2pt conversion. Pretty sure this challenge is officially broken -- and I think there's another token that we're supposed to earn by getting to 100/100 on the challenges. I'm currently at 99/100 pretty frustrated.
Are you listening EA? Please deal with this.

So I was able to do everything you did, including the punt return for TD, but still no max stars.

I haven't been able to finish it all the way yet so grain of salt, but it does seem to be doable but a massive, massive pain. You have to do the 21-yard play, then score a TD, then get a 2pt conversion, then kickoff and force either a scoring turnover or a punt return TD. I had one time where I did all that (with a punt return) except the 2pt conversion -- foolishly had thought I'd get to kick the PAT (nope), so I only got credit for 13pts.
On the plus side challenge registers as "complete" for the upgrade token in the objectives.
