Season 5 captains not upgrading

Choose the traits for each after you apply the upgrade tokens on the bottom row of the upgrade profile

I'm in the same boat, I have upgraded Tebow and maxed out, he's in my lineup and he's still showing 88. 
Woodson is also in my Lineup but I don't have him upgraded. 

I also changed then both to ole miss and multiple o/ 3-3-5 for free

Put them in lineup at qb and cb and it should change. My Woodson is a 94
