Squads Freezing Glitch

I am in the highest division of squads now(the one above heisman since I forgot the name) and have made 3 national championships only to be freeze glitches in all three. Waited out all three for it to hopefully fix and get desynced and given a loss on all three after an hour+ of waiting doing nothing instead of playing. I was winning by 2+ tds in two and was driving to tie the game heading into the fourth on the last one. 

My question is why should I even play this game if I’m not going to get rewarded with anything except now playing harder and harder competition with nothing but a couple thousand coins for hours of gameplay. 

I don’t even want to beg but I feel like I deserve every single natty pack that I should and would have gotten in heisman difficulty. That is literally the difference of 4-5 86-87 overalls on my team with those packs from opening and selling for training and rerolling. 

Is there anything I can do or does EA just hate me and I’ll continue wasting my time only for the game to crash yet again?
