Stuck on Polar Vortex Wave 2

I don't know if I accidentally deleted the 3 Turbo Arm cards or what but I can't do anything to complete polar vortex 2 as all challenges are complete and what's left to do is locked. If I did quicksell the cards for the set is there a way to get them again?
