For past 2 days ultimate team on ps5 is not working! Every time trying to enter the mode I get error server cannot process request at this time. Tried rebooting ps5 and router and resetting cache - nothing is working. Very frustrating as missing out on streaks and holiday incentives. Can’t even enter mode to look at and change lineup as I’ve seen posts that could be issue. Any ideas to help please? Thank you and happy new year!!!

It’s really unbelievable. And I’ve been submitting multiple tickets to EA help page but no reply or even indication they’ve received. When I check my account it shows no active tickets. After spending money on the game and additional on the currency this is basically robbery! EA please reply!!!
Does anyone know how to get in touch with EA support? They are not replying here nor to submitted help tickets. The game is useless if I can’t play!
