Twitch drops with no resolution

For the past 3 weeks, I have not received twitch drops even though they were claimed and in the inventory.  EA told me to contact Twitch, Twitch says it is an EA issue. Created a case on EA and it was closed out with no response.  Had a live chat and was given the same “ solutions “ of contacting Twitch or being patient.  I don’t understand why EA can’t address this and be upfront about this issue
