Where is the NCAA 26 EA support ?!

I have repeatedly posted about bugs that I’ve gotten on this game and I have not been reached out by EA or whoever to help fix them. I’m trying to understand what the problem is? I’ve contacted support and I made forums as they have asked. 

Nothing has changed ! 

Is anyone else having this problem? I just need two simple things done and that’s it.

The alumni champions that I received after doing the events will not go into the set so I’m able to obtain the alumni champion for season five after the last event. 

The nine bowl events to obtain Keyshawn Johnson. I obtained all nine of those and the set didn’t show up for me to win him. I still have those tokens.

    There is no support. I swear to God I have chatted every day for 22 days with the helpline. I get a bunch of random names and the same canned responses every time. No matter what I do it is clear that it’s just AII loop to nowhere.

    It seems the only hope for any type of support is the community of hackers and diehard gamers, figuring things out through workaround and glitches. But for the really broken stuff, I’m not seeing anything happen personally. At least not since November when I started complaining about my missing EA points that were stolen from me for a purchase I never received. The “help“ says it will be reported as a bug every time. Personally, I don’t wanna know that it’s a non-issue. I wanna know that the known issue is rectified and they stopped stealing my money or return it ( which they will not.) 

    I feel I have a better chance of getting some support by praying to the God Zeus then sending a message here or anywhere for “ tech-support” or “Help” or “Customer Support “.
