Why am I always getting stuck at the same level on ultimate

team it would tell me I need 7,500 xp to level up I get 15,000 show I level up when I go to ultimate team menu I am at the same level and don’t get my rewards or anything I would be stuck at the same level for a couple day while I’m still getting xp I bought the premium season to this game is so glitching
