Won a twitch giveaway no one contacted me

I won a giveaway 7 days ago from when I am posting this. I’ve tried to reach out to the creators who run the mornings streams. None of them can help. I tried to tweet at Nick who I won the giveaway from but had no luck. Last year I won a giveaway and was whispered instantly and received the cards before I got home from work. 7 days after I won my next giveaway I have had zero contact with anyone. I wanted to whisper the ea channel but they have whispers blocked. I know I’m not the only one who is in this situation just looking for help.
