Wrongfully Banned for "Cheating" in CUT 26

I received an error message out of nowhere that I was being banned from Ultimate Team and was accused of cheating and violating the terms of service. I did absolutely nothing wrong - all I do are complete challenges, play events, online games, purchase cards/packs, and play squads with my friend. I have filed an appeal but that was denied yesterday. I have filed another appeal and am still waiting to hear back. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have been banned and I am extremely frustrated and confused. EA didn't even fully explain what the issue was. I don't even know what I've been accused of doing when I didn't even do anything. All I want is to play Ultimate Team and my account has had no issues or violations since playing CUT 25 and 26. I can't speak to anyone directly to find out more - it's just generic emails and robotic chats with customer service. And of course Thanksgiving Rush is coming and I will completely miss it. I just can't comprehend how customer service is handling this so incompetently.
