Wrongfully banned for playing NYNC event (Please unban be EA)

EA if you see this please unban me. I was wrongfully banned for playing the NYNC event and have been banned for over a week now. I did not participate in any form of cheating as i was playing against the CPU in the event that was released so please unban me as soon as possible. I submitted my appeal the same night i received the ban and have been “waiting on the studio” for over a week now and would like to at least get an update on my case since i was wrongfully banned.
