Cant use CFB points to upgrade RTG player

The CFB points I purchased have been useless as the game won’t allow me to upgrade my RTG players. Soon as I attempt to apply the overage of what I lack in skill points with the CFB points, the system says “you do not have enough skill points to upgrade” whenever I attempt to do so from the “ratings” page. Whenever I attempt to do the same for the “physicals” page it says “error unable to upgrade, try again later”. This is an extremely frustrating bug that the developers must fix given it was money put in to the company from my end so that I’d be able to complete the RTG upgrade

    I've had the same issue. With the new patch, you cannot usr CFB Points to upgrade your RTG player. It prompts you to purchase CFB points as if it's still available in game but it isn't. I'm working on getting compensation myself. Hopefully others speak up too.

    He's talking about the CFB Points that they still claim is "available for use on physical badges" but give an error message if you try to use them.

    So basically the devs gotta refund me my cheddar because the CFB points are useless beyond Ultimate team
