College Football 27 PC RB Pre-snap bug!!

When I try to change the direction I want my RB to carry the football during the pre-snap adjustment, I have to press the directional input multiple times before it actually changes the run direction...

How come when you unlock new playbooks on offense like Option, GoGo, etc. you can’t play with it on RTCFP ? However you can use unlocked defensive playbooks ? Is anyone having that problem?
