CPU Ratings Boost Makes Game Un-Fun

First of all, EA has to put back the "Keep Game Close" toggle they use to have. They still tune the CPU attributes to keep games close and "exciting" but it always forces the CPU to win the **bleep** game. That's "cheating" lol. Let me turn the the "Keep Game Close" off and allow all attributes to be static throughout the game. If I'm better, I'm better, if I get my butt kicked, I get my butt kicked. I don't want boost to help me or hurt me. I want to win or lose on merit alone. 
This game is becoming not fun caused by EA thinking it's making it fun.
