Defensive playbooks unlock for road college football playoffs bug not fixed

Why is it that EASPORTS insists that gamers use certain defensive playbooks for certain teams and have limits for unlocking playbooks that due to a bug prevent the gamerftom unlocking that playbooks??? Why is there always some bug in easports games preventing the gamer from enjoying the product? I won the required games to unlock the 425 man pressure playbook and was not awarded that playbooks???? If this was a money issue these people would have fixed this already.  Collectively when will the consumer base gather together and kick easports in their footballs? FIX YOUR GAME EASPORTS!!!
