Dynasty Coach Job Openings

I was the Head Coach for Northern Illinois and won 3 Straight MWC Championships and made the CFP the last 2 years as well. When looking at Openings, the best job was a 2.5 Star Mississippi State Opening. Why are the major programs not opening. It appears they are all staying which doesn't reflect real life when a school like Alabama when 5-7 and 7-6 the last two years in my dynasty. This changed after a patch as there was a time that you could get Major Program offers. Can this be tweaked as Power 4 opening are just rotating the lower end schools only
