Why are offensive players subbing automatically during no huddle?

Title say it all. I've noticed that during hurry up, my receivers or running backs will just mysteriously sub in/out on their own despite there being no stoppage in play or huddle.

So if I have a mismatch or want to keep things moving quickly, this is pretty much rendered useless in many cases. Why does this happen? This is not how things work in an actual game.

If this is simply put in place to nerf online player exploitation then we need to rethink things. If it's related to a bug with wear & tear, then it should be fixed.

If I'm missing something, someone feel free to jump in to explain things.

    Yeah I have noticed that too and it makes it super unrealistic

    The subbing is what's realistic bro. You can't use same RB/DT/Defense etc.. whole game real life.

    I'm talking about this happening on a single drive or even just a string of 4-5 plays in a row, not spamming no huddle the entire game.

    If I have a RB in for a play, hurry up, and then a new RB is jogging up to the line as if it's the same continuous sequence – this is a problem.
