Dynasty Dynamic Pipeline Tiers

One of my main concerns from last years game to previous NCAA Football games was the STATIC (does not change) pipeline tiers in Dynasty mode. I fully believe that this needs to be updated for next year's game to be a DYNAMIC pipeline. For example with this year's BETA, I played as Wake Forest because I know they have a Tier 3 (Gold) Pipeline for the state of North Carolina, whereas University of North Carolina has a Tier 5 (Purple) Pipeline for the state of North Carolina. I only focused on recruiting and simmed the games. I ONLY focused on recruiting prospects from my Tier 3 North Carolina pipeline. I signed 35 (max scholarships) prospects from North Carolina in back to back years. This should DEFINITELY have an effect on my pipeline, right? WRONG! I still am at that Tier 3 Gold pipeline. Considering the DYNAMIC pipeline was in NCAA 14, I feel like this is something easy to implement. Let me know your thoughts.
