Dynasty Recruiting Hours

Hello,

I just started playing the dynasty mode using my Alma mater FIU (I know not the best school in football - bare with me). And some weeks I get no hours and some weeks only 5 hours for recruiting. Doesn't seem right. How can I know if its accurate?

    you may have assigned some hours to recruits already. if they havent committed then that follows through to the next week. the 5 could be because the prior week you offered a scholarship
