Fix Heisman level

I’ve been playing since the early 2000s 

this isn’t the nfl… I’m Texas state and have a great QB and two great WRs. It shouldn’t be impossible to pass the ball deep 

also, why doesn’t it matter how good the computer teams QB is? he automatically plays like he’s a 99 overall.
