Mental Ability bug

After choosing what college I wanted to attend, I was supposed to equip an extra mental ability. It won’t let me; makes the noise when I select the option, but doesn’t give me anything to select from. Same with the academics slot; both Leadership and Brand give me the options to select others for their options though
