MVP+ and the benefits US & Canada exclusive

I just want to say that it's pretty terrible for EA to completely exclude anyone not from the US or Canada from accessing key benefits to the game experience like an entire dynasty coaching tree or 500 RTG skill points. 

Last year foreign users like myself were able to get all the benefits North American users got by pre-ordering the MVP bundle, which I did. This year I and many others are completely locked out of this, which feels extremely unfair.

Will EA change this so that non-North American players like myself can access the same benefits by purchasing the MVP bundle?
