Refund Issue

I bought the game on my laptop today and when I loaded it the graphics were terrible and unplayable. Even after adjusting them it didn't help. I tried refunding it on the EA website but it wouldn't allow me. I went to the refund tool and it didn't show up and I went to my order history and the refund button wasn't there. Are there any options to refund it or is there no hope?
