Anyone else have an issue filing a refund request? I am stuck in a never ending loop where it tells me to use the tool but the tool won’t let me select my one purchase. The game will not work, will only crash, and every workaround in these forums do not work. I’ve tried for hours and have never got to file a request or have a chance for actual human support. Making it look like I’m done with EA for good.
Assuming it's on PC? Have you tried to launch it via steam? Have you verified the integrity of the game files?
PC yeah. I did it on EB Games app and just crashes. Tried that and it didn’t change anything. Tried every single solution I could find on any forum etc. nothing works.
Have you contacted EA support?
I cannot. There is no way to. It tells me to use the refund tool, but it does not work. You need to have a game shown on the list and it does not show there. Then when you contact the support chat, it’s AI and sends you back to the tool. Just stuck on an endless loop.
