Roster update & equipment upgrades

I was wondering when are getting a roster update? I ready to start a new dynasty.  I wish they could get the freshmen in the game earlier. Also waiting on the equipment update.  I wish the would separate the brand name equipment. I hope one day they would put Nike, Jordan, Adidas, and Under Armour in there own columns. I hate searching for Jordan gear in all the Nike gear. I think they could get equipment in the game faster, with the relationships they have with the brands. Let's go EA.
