Servers and Patch

Does anyone know what time the servers will be up today? I know they are removing the micro transactions, but hopefully that wont take too long.

Also, what about the patch to fix the dynasty recruiting bugs and the other gameplay bugs. I heard it will come out next week, but it would be nice to have that release today sense the severs are already down.
