The green meter

“The nerf” was perfect I meant. 

The game already lets you catch contested throws often. It was complained about soooo much in 26 when the green meter wasn’t even a thing. It still happens a ton even though the green meter isn’t easy anymore. It shouldn’t be easy to make a green contested catch. The beef was perfect. It’s still a good chance to catch contested.

Right and that shouldn't happen but players in the NFL make those type of catches no reason they shouldn't be able to in the game 

What are you even talking about. You look at the NFL and see players able to make those wow plays. I want the chance to do that. And I understand it the db has it already. But look at calvin johnson. If they drop a card in Madden I want him to have the ability to catch it contested not saying catch it every time. But catch it everyone once in a while or have a chance to do it. It's not a skill issue because I've delt with it for years of Madden it's boring. It's like if they aren't wide open then they can't catch it that's ridiculous.

This is the exact reason it needed to change. “If I want to toss it up and green my catch in contested lanes.” 

That’s not football. That’s bad players saying they can no longer have a bail out. Football is making reads and throwing to the open guy in open space. If it’s 1-1 coverage and you have Jeremiah smith, then yes. You might throw it up. But does he catch EVERY one because he can “green” a catch way too easily over a top db in the game? Definitely not. 

tell me you are bad at the game without telling me. Get this mad because they nerfed a terrible addition to the game that could bail out bad players.  

The issue is a DB will have a pick in his hands and they give it back if it was green, the game can't do that, they can't have the ball literally in the DB hands and then edit out of hands
