Unable to get refund on Pre-ordered CFB27 on EA App for PC

The game has not even released yet there is no option to request a refund on the EA App or website. I've attempted to contact EA support just to be told they cannot issue a refund for CFB 27 even tho...

Sorry to hear you're having problems with a refund for the game. 

Just to be sure, the preorder process works slightly differently from the "normal refund process". In your order history, you should be able to cancel your pre-order instead of requesting a refund ( as this option might not appear in this particular scenario). We have an article covering this here. Have a look and let me know if you need more help.

    My order history unfortunately has no such options. This is all I see. Frustrating.
