Women Coach Customisation

In the reveal video, the host claimed that they wanted dynasty to be more rpg like.

Although they didn't go through coach creation, no women coaches/assistant coaches could be seen in the gameplay footage.

It really can't have been three years and they still can't include a coach customisation model that is feminine-appearing?
