The coaching carousel needs to be fixed. I'm on my 3rd team in my dynasty and I'm churning out A+ coordinators but they never seem to be up for head coaching jobs. Not sure why the game doesn't recognize other A+ (CPU generated) coaches/coordinators but Lane Kiffin (for example) shouldn't be able to get another head coaching job at another big school after going 3-9 and I just won an NC and none of my coordinators are even considered for a small school job. PLEASE FIX THIS
Spot on. I seriously hope that they patch this soon.
The game just rotates the already highly rated coaches. Too many coaches leave for lateral jobs. Clark Lea, Kenny Dillingham, Brent Key, Greg Schiano, and Jeff Brohm are all at their Alma Maters and realistically should not be leaving for lateral jobs. Sark should not be leaving Texas to go to coach at Oklahoma just because they offered him. All these teams rotate coaches instead of hiring highly rated coordinators. I've even seen middle of the pack power four teams like Wake Forest and Syracuse hire cpu generated coaches instead of hiring top coordinators in the league or even group of 6 head coaches. This is one of the more frustrating and immersion killing aspects of the game in my opinion. I wish there was a way to control the hiring process since they can't seem to get the logic correct.
