Bug with Visionary

Is anybody else having an issue with visionary ability that is a part of the MVP+ package? I played both the CFB 27 and Madden 27 betas. Created a coach in the Madden 27 beta. I don’t have access to the ability despite doing the prerequisite to unlock it. Others have it unlocked after taking the same course of action. Pinged support about this but of course was 0 help
