Same issue for me, and I genuinely see this as inexcusable.
People paid extra specifically to gain access to the game a week before the full release. It’s completely reasonable to assume that many of those players would immediately jump into Dynasty and start building their program. Now you’re essentially telling the very people who paid extra for early access that they have to throw away a month’s worth of progress if they want access to this feature that they also paid for?
What makes it even worse is that there was absolutely no indication or guidance that we needed to download the Madden beta and create a coach there beforehand in order to have access to this immediately, knowing Madden came out a month after this launch. That still would have been a terrible and unnecessarily convoluted approach, but at least people could have made an informed decision before investing weeks into their Dynasty.
Instead, the people who paid a premium for early access are effectively being punished for actually using that early access as intended.
Expecting players to flush a month of Dynasty progress because of a requirement that was never clearly communicated is unacceptable. For customers who paid extra specifically to play early and have these features, this feels like absolute robbery.
