Struggling

I am experiencing constant freezing and crashing in College Football 27 on Xbox Series X|S, particularly in Dynasty mode. At this point, the game is becoming nearly unplayable.

I have created THREE separate Dynasty saves and have experienced crashes in all of them. The game will freeze, the audio will sometimes skip briefly, and then the game crashes back to the Xbox dashboard. I have had crashes during games as well as when attempting to enter another game.

I have already tried extensive troubleshooting, including:

  • Completely uninstalling and reinstalling College Football 27
    • Deleting local saved data and allowing it to resync
    • Creating entirely new Dynasty saves
    • Playing an offline Dynasty
    • Disconnecting from EA/online services
    • Testing other games on the same Xbox

Other games run normally on my console. College Football 27 is the game that repeatedly has this problem.

Most recently, I played the first game of a new Dynasty completely offline and finished it without a crash. When I attempted to go into the second game, College Football 27 crashed again.

I also experienced similar crashing issues with College Football 26, although CFB 27 has become significantly worse for me.

I am not concerned about online rewards, trophies, or online Dynasty features. I simply want to be able to play an offline Dynasty without the game constantly freezing or crashing.

Please escalate this as a potential game/software issue rather than simply recommending that I reinstall the game or restart my console. I have already performed those troubleshooting steps multiple times.

Is EA aware of an ongoing freezing/crashing issue affecting Dynasty mode on Xbox Series X|S? If so, is a fix being worked on for an upcoming title update?
