Coaching Carousel

I know this has been brought up before but it seems to have been awhile and is not being talked about enough.

There is a real issue with the coaching carousel right now. It seems almost impossible to get a job at one of the blue blood schools as a HC because these schools are constantly just cycling through the same high level coaches you’d expect. (Lane, Dabo, Sark, Freeman).

Even after multiple national titles, taking smaller schools from nothing to dominating these blue bloods, it seems like nothing you do will work. This experience primarily comes from a humble little 5 man online dynasty with friends and we are all forced to stay where we are or go to smaller schools just to change things even as we go into year 7.

We started at SMU, GT, and UNC, fastest coach progression and it still just feels helpless. We don’t want to have to start at the blue bloods, we want to compete to get there vs eachother but that feels impossible this year.

  • Just wanna second this comment! The august update that made changes to the coaching carousel and to coach firing destroyed the carousel and coach mobility, which had previously been working.

In the dynasty i'm in, texas went 2-10 and didn't fire their coach. how does that work?? That fix which was designed to appease users who were getting fired (when they could have just turned user firing off) effectively destroyed the most exciting next feature of Dynasty. Please give us an option to use the coach difficulty settings the game launched with
