Flak Jackets not appearing anymore

I've noticed a glitch for the past month or so where in my Dynasties, flak jackets stop appearing in game. The odd thing about them is that they appear in cutscenes and they appear on the players in the character customization screen.

This glitch usually starts to take place once I'm a few seasons into a dynasty. One of the oddest parts about it is that the FCS QBs seem to be immune to the glitch.

I play the game on PS5 and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue, and if so how they fixed it or if there's even a fix for it at all.
