OC to HC (when prev HC is hired by another team)

Dear EA,

Thank you for all the work you put into this game. This is not a rant, but rather a passionate question. Why is the ability to not express interest as a HC to your current team when the current HC is offered another job in the carousel? The Head coach vacancy doesnt even show up in the 'all jobs' category and then some week later an F prestige coach is given the job. Is this something that can be added at all, as this feature was mentioned many times last year and the year before that. Is this something that the developers can patch in this edition of CFB?
