Quality of Life Feedback: Dynasty Crowd Themes & Game Time Customization

The new pre game customization additions in College Football 27 are a great step forward for presentation, but there are a couple of recurring issues in Dynasty Mode regarding crowd themes and game times that really hurt long term immersion.

​The Problem with Auto-Determined Crowd Themes

​While having the ability to manually select crowd themes pre game is awesome, the game auto assigning these themes to other games in Dynasty completely breaks immersion.

​The Issue: For example, if Tennessee is doing a specific alternate crowd theme (like a Checker Neyland game) against a major opponent in real life, it’s great to set that up manually. However, the game will often automatically trigger that exact same special theme for subsequent games like a matchup against Alabama or a smaller non conference opponent.

​Reality Check: Real schools only pull off massive coordinated efforts like this once or maybe twice a year. Seeing it happen repeatedly ruins the uniqueness and special feel of these traditions.

​The Fix: Allow for this to ONLY be determined by our selection in the pre game menu.

​Full Control Over Game Times

​Along with crowd themes, we desperately need the ability to edit or set the time of day for our Dynasty games prior to kickoff. Being locked into whatever slot the game randomly chooses takes away the ability to create our own marquee primetime atmospheres or afternoon blowouts depending on how we want to schedule our season.
